That was tough!!

Week 6 Run 3 coming back into the wind, too hot with my sweatshirt on and the beginnings of a stitch I felt for the first time I wanted to stop :-(

Looked at my interval timer (no posh phone app for me I'm afraid) and there was still 5 mins of running left! Thankfully my bloodymindedness kicked in and I resolved myself to keep going - literally taking one step at a time, trying not to think about how long was left, just determined to run until the beep said I could walk.

I have never been so happy to hear that beep - but I did it.... I just ran non-stop for 25 mins :-)

Well done! I just had a very similar experience in week 5 run 3. Just goes to show that it truly is more of a mental challenge than a physical one xx

Haha! I knew it would come in useful one day - it normally just gets me into trouble!

Well done, thats a brilliant achievement 👏👏I’ve just done w4r2 and decided to run for 10 minutes on the last run. I thought that was good. Onwards and upwards.

Well done to you too!

It was a good feeling once I stopped! High as a kite - felt like I was walking on air. Think I might need to start eating something before I run :-)

Thanks! You will get there.

That's the great thing about this programme - sometimes it seems that the jumps in running times are completely random and unachievable but somehow, magically, it works! x

Thank you! Good Luck when you do it :-)

One word of advice.... don't get caught up in the whole distance/time thing. My knees and ankles hurt tonight for the first time since about Week 3 :-(
