Life got in the way on Saturday, there was shopping, there was more shopping, then there was food preparation and then a very nice bottle of wine appeared! Once sipped, it was all over. Too dangerous to run on the treadmill, too horrible to go outside. Result was, no run.

This morning, feeling hung over, it did not look good, but as the alcohol left the system, things looked more promising.

I set my treadmill up and off I went. All was good at 9.6km/hr, then the last 5 mins at 9.8, then the final minute at 10. All felt good and once started I loved it.

The gazelle is back!! Only one more to go before graduation, yeh!

Thanks very much for your comments. I think it worse as I gave up drink for new year. I set a goal of 11kg to lose before I started again. This is only the second week since my goal was met, so effectively my third day drinking (not drinking in the week). Not sure I like doing it anymore actually.
