How to get back on it?

So I've had 2 weeks and 2 days off games now with sore tendon in my left foot. It now seems fairly okay, with just mild twinges, so thinking about starting to run again.

I had just completed the C25k and was running the 5km in 30 mins, so suggestions to a 're-entry' plan most welcome please!

No suggestions other then, go slow and at the first sign of pain, stop running. Just wanted to wish you a great run! Gayle
