Had 4 weeks off with calf pain and now it's time to get back out there!

So do I do a 20min walk/ run or a 10min run or.....?

I'd say the only way to get back on the horse is... getting back on the horse. ;)

Try to aim to 30 minutes, listen to your body a see how it goes.

As secan says....just go out, run and see how you feel:)

Your body will soon tell you when to stop... take it right back to C25K mantra, maybe.... slow and really steady!!! :)
