I can't believe I actually did it Just completed week4 run1. I won't say it was easy because it wasn't, but I didn't give in. I'm so proud of myself I love this programme. And thank you everyone on here for your support and and guidance is second to none. Keep on going everyone.

Great, well done! W4 still has the better of me, but little by little ... I know I'll get there and will post just as happily as you just did! Had two goes at the W4 schedule so far and know that I was better today than I was on Saturday (disastrous!). Am so grateful to the others out there ... You will get there, just take it as slow as you need too. I'm pretty sure at some points I was jogging slower than I can walk. LOL

Well done! I hated week 4, i just could not do it, no matter how i tried, but loved week 3 so did that for a bit longer till i felt ready..so very impressed!

It is a tough one for sure, but I will keep trying my very best. To think jogging for three minutes is relatively easy now. Do my run 2 tomorrow.
