Well last night I downloaded the 'speed' follow on podcast as I was a bit short on time.
Interesting, fun, but my goodness hard work! Bless my legs though as they didn't even notice but my lungs sure felt it. I really enjoyed doing it though, just felt great after I got my breath back so plan on doing this one once a week now.

There are three separate podcasts in C25k+ stepping stones. Run them all regularly and they will really bring you on. Taking care to go steadily of course 🙂
One of my favourites! I use it still for a quickie, for fun and as part of longer runs .. wait until you get Stamina under your skin... I got really hooked for a while!
I'm with you there! I like Speed, I've tackled Stepping Stone a couple of times. I have used Stamina purely as a slightly longer podcast, with no attempt at all to run to the beat! But I'm definitely getting slightly quicker, so it's all good...
