Phew! - W3R1 done

I knew I should've done this one yesterday when the weather was lovely and sunny! Instead I chose today, a cold, grey curtain of a day and had to do the last half against a chilly head wind. The last 3 minutes was a bit if a test but got there in the end. Glad that one's done.

Well done! I also did W3R1 this morning, but chose to go to the gym and run on the treadmill for the first time as I've got a bit of a cold. I felt as though I was cheating - so much easier than out in the wintry air. Maybe I wasn't going fast enough?
