Well done.

Are you jogging at a pace at which you can speak clear ungasping sentences as you run? If not you are going too fast.

Have a rest day then give it another go. Make sure you fully complete each session before moving on.

Every attempt is building your strength and stamina, so keep at it and you will soon see results.

Hi and I did have trouble speaking as doing it with a friend but believe me I’m sooo unfit I wasn’t running that fast more like a slow jog I have got asthma so until I build up my fitness I will have to go slower but your right I might have to slow it down more and thanks yes I’m going out on Wednesday for next one am I supposed to do any warm up before ? I’m new at all this couch potatoe is my middle name 🤪 my legs are aching I’m back on the couch lol thanks for advice have a great day

Make sure you jog at your easy conversational pace, as described in the guide to the plan healthunlocked.com/couchto5... not the pace for your running partner.

Slow running builds stamina.

Great for getting started. Try going slower and slower again it will help with your breathing. Have a rest day tomorrow then try wk1r1 again until you can complete it without stopping. Make sure you're drinking plenty water 7 days a week not just on run days.

C25k is an amazing plan and really does work you'll get lots of encouragement and support on here good luck 😊😊

Make sure you stretch after every run

Ahh thanks that’s great advice and good idea to do same again and yes I didn’t drink any during only after and yes it is good the fact someone is telling you when to walk and run is so much better than following your own thing cos I would do more slow walking lol have a great day 😀
