Just completed run 3 of week 9. My story is a bit different in that last year I was running 5k but at the end of July got back and disc problems. Was advised not to run. The physio suggested when I started running again I do this programme. Started at the end of January. Have struggled with some of the runs and repeated them. Like many others the comments and support on this forum have been very encouraging. Hats off to all those who complete the programme with no running experience at all. Am going to do the consolidation runs now. Happy running everyone

Congratulations and welcome back to running. Enjoy celebrating this achievement and being back to what you love doing, I bet it was a tough few months out. Enjoy consolidation and all your future running adventures
