Ok I am having to start from scratch with this and I am really scared about doing first run I am back in a rut after been constantly ill with one thing and another and have piled weight back on( bad times) Need a kick up the butt i think or a commando

Yes, just go out and have a go - keep it really slow and gentle and come back and tell us how it was.

Welcome Debs! You can and will do this ..just go slow. No racing, just going at a pace just a bit more then a brisk walk is fine. Endurance/stamina is the goal now as you work your way through C25K. Speed will come as your strength builds. GOOD LUCK! Gayle
