Ok I am having to start from scratch with this and I am really scared about doing first run :-( I am back in a rut after been constantly ill with one thing and another and have piled weight back on( bad times) Need a kick up the butt i think or a commando :-)

Yes, just go out and have a go - keep it really slow and gentle and come back and tell us how it was. :)

Welcome Debs! You can and will do this ..just go slow. No racing, just going at a pace just a bit more then a brisk walk is fine. Endurance/stamina is the goal now as you work your way through C25K. Speed will come as your strength builds. GOOD LUCK! Gayle
