The first run was really hard and I ached for days after it. But now I have completed the second and third runs they were almost enjoyable. Looking forward to starting week 2 :-)

That's great! Keep going - I agree with moomin71 that week 2 isn't as bad, because you sort of know what you're going to be doing and how it will feel. Enjoy :)
