Today was a beautiful, sunny spring-like day, perfect for a 20 minute run. I never for a moment doubted I could do it. Ok, maybe I was a "little" nervous.
Thank you to all the people who have gone before me and posted about it being more of a mental thing at this stage and to go slow and all that stuff. It really helped. Now I'm looking forward to starting week 6 on Tuesday.
