My turn... Week 5 Run 3... done!

Today was a beautiful, sunny spring-like day, perfect for a 20 minute run. I never for a moment doubted I could do it. Ok, maybe I was a "little" nervous. :)

Thank you to all the people who have gone before me and posted about it being more of a mental thing at this stage and to go slow and all that stuff. It really helped. Now I'm looking forward to starting week 6 on Tuesday.

  • Well done, I am just back from my week 5 run 3 and after 3 failures - once in the driving sleet and rain and now in the sunshine I did it - slowly but I didn't stop and now I am so proud of myself as I sit here thinking about going for a shower but can't get myself of the sofa.
