I was slow, really slow, but I did it!! Went out at 6am, it was lovely and cool and my head was in a really good place. I knew it would be hard but I felt I could do it (for once my stubbornness paid off!) The ten minute mark came quite quickly and so I turned for home and it wasnβt a struggle. A niggling part of me is a bit disappointed because I couldβve pushed myself harder but I know now that I can complete this π€π»π€π»π€π»I just ran for twenty minutes!! Come on Week 6!! ππ½ββοΈππ½ββοΈππ½ββοΈ

Well done and great that you feel good about it. Probably sensible not to push yourself too hard, it's warm out there and if you'd struggled it might have affected your outlook on the next run. Well done and enjoy the rest of your day.
Very well done you...always finish with something left in that tank Plenty of strength and stamina work to use that energy up on some of your rest days..
Slow and steady as you head into the next week..it is of course different but you are ready for it...
That is the best time to run, 6am, yesterday I ran a 5K at 6.30 am, nice and cool at that time before it get warmer by 9am.
Congratulations on completing run 3 of week 5, that is a milestone run with C25K, onwards and upwards to week 6 run 1 but be careful about that run as it catches out some people with the interval walks and runs after the non stop 20 minutes of W5R3 which you have just ran ππΎ π
Great work! Enjoy the buzz that comes from doing this run, itβs a real achievement π. It is great that you felt you had more to give but wise to not use it. Best to keep it in reserve for later as the runs lengthen.
OMG well done! Iβm determined now, I HAVE to do this. It sounds like youβre on top of the world! Onwards and upwards! πͺπΌπ
