Did I really just run for 20 minutes without stopping? Yes, I did. I’m still not entirely sure how I did that as it seems a bit of a blur, but here I am, with my tomato face, exhausted but with a massive grin on my face.

Lots of people have said on here about this one making you feel like a runner and it’s so true.

What a start to a Monday morning!!!🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️

For anyone worried about this run, please don’t be. All the hard work over the past 5 weeks is paying off. I’ll not say it was easy and, boy, was I glad to hear when my last 5 minutes was up, but it’s worth it. I feel amazing😀

Thanks so much. The red face has calmed down now, but I’m still floating high and feeling great.

Thank you! It really is a fantastic start to the week. Why on earth has it taken me so long to do this?! No going back now, that’s for sure.

Thanks so much.

I’ve never really embraced the whole ‘forum’ thing with anything else before, but you guys on here are amazing.

I’ve learned so much in a short space of time and just hearing about everyone’s experiences (good and bad) gives the confidence to go on.

Go runners!!!!

Thanks - I’m still on the post-run high now. I can feel it in my legs but it’s a great feeling!
