This is my first post though I've been lurking for a few weeks picking up advice and tips.
Just finished wk5 run 3 and super chuffed with myself. I'd been apprehensive beforehand but got there, finally being surprised when Jo Whiley said it was all over! I was actually enjoying the run!
Just wanted to say to anyone behind me in the programme KEEP GOING if I can do this so far, ANYONE can!!!!
Week 6 here I come π

Congratulations on completing w5r3 thatβs a milestone run in the program; you must be so pleased π
Congratulations on completing run 3 of week 5, that is a milestone run with C25K, onwards and upwards to week 6 run 1 but be careful about that run as it catches out some people with the interval walks and runs after the non stop 20 minutes of W5R3 which you have just ran ππΎ π
So happy to see that you're doing so well with the program.
Good luck with week 6. Feels like going backwards a bit to start with, but all for a good reason. Just 3 runs to go and you're homeward bound! Keep at it
I started slow and found strangely that I was able to speed up as I loosened off from about half way. Its entirely doable Gotthis, just keep putting one foot in front of the other and ENJOY!!
Thanks! Just ordered myself some compression leggings... every little helps and all that lol! I am excited and bricking it in equal measure at the moment! π
