Had to take a week off between week 3 and 4 due to arthritic flare up (reactive arthritis)

Thought about repeating week 3 but soldiered on.

Completed wk4r1 covering 4.3km in 27 degree heat. Feel great!

I just completed wk4r1 too! But in snow and 1 degree, as opposed to 27 degrees! I found the first half really tough, but 2nd half nice and steady. I only covered 3.4km though, some of it uphill. Looking forward to wk4r2 now so I can see if I can run further.
