I've just completed run 1 of week 4 and I felt it was a huge jump from week 3. I wasn't ready for the extra 2 min run.

I’ve also just completed W4 R1 last night. It was a huge jump but I managed it. Not sure if I like to run yet but I don’t think I hate it.

This was definitely the first time where I've been like wow, that was tough.

Well done..I did it this morning, the last 5mins was hard but I did it. All the doubts I had quickly went as I completed it. I'm trusting the programme so taking it week by week, run by run. Happy running.
