Week 2 Run 2

That's another 1 ticked off! Last nights was a bit harder than Mondays but the difference being that last nights was a) with my husband who put me off towards the end because I took 1 plug out to listen to him and b) it was in the dark after work, much colder and I find it harder to get my breathing into a pattern in the cold? 1 more to do of week 2 this week then scary scary week 3 coming up!

  • Hi, we'll done you're doing great!! I have just started week 3 today & was dreading it, however I found much easier than I thought it would be. Think positive, you'll be sooo proud when you complete that first week 3 run. Good luck.

  • Go and blast that week 3, hit it on the head! You can do it. :) It looks scary, but it's not so very bad when you get to it.
