Well.... that was a bit harder than week 8 run 1. 🤔. Think I didn’t drink enough water? Think I’m also better in the morning runs rather than evening but sometimes life’s busy. Can’t believe that I’m typing saying I struggled a bit with 28 mins run, wasn’t too long ago I couldn’t run 60 seconds!! Puts it in to perspective a bit!!!!

Well done ! I’ve been waiting for your post today...I’ve postponed my run until tomorrow as weather was awful this morning. Funny as I struggled with Week 8 Run 2.... such a great achievement so far...28 MINS ! Amazing ! I couldnt run in the evening and carry breakfast/lunch/dinner around with me 😂

I've noticed my evening runs after work are alot better than my weekend morning runs. I think my water intake makes a difference. I drink lots of water in work and eat well and I can't say I do the same at the weekend.
I've now rejigged my week so my graduation run is after work so I nail it although I now half W8 R2 this Sunday so I'll probably be in the same boat.
