Week 2 run 2

I can't believe that I'm really doing this. The longer running was just a bit harder in the last run but yesterday I didn't notice at all and really enjoyed the run. One of my daughters has told me about 5K races to join. There's one in January in Battersea and as I will (get me)have finished the programme by then it will be a good test of my progress. This is coming from a 63-year-old woman who although I regularly go to fitness classes has never run and has 4 1/2 stone to lose. Roll on 12 months. Who will I be then?

Great work! C25k is such a good programme, and can be transformative.

I never, ever thought I would be a runner - but here I am, 3 weeks after graduating, and I definitely see myself as a runner now. One who itches to get out and see where the run will take her...

Keep up the great work - the rewards are plentiful! 👏👏👏

Well done, glad you’re enjoying the experience.....it gets better, trust me 😊

I’m 69 and started this programme nearly 7weeks ago and what a difference 7wks makes, from barely able to run for a minute to where I am now....running 25mins non stop.

Keep running and enjoy 🤗
