WEEK 2 RUN 1 (How proud am I?!)

Having completed the week 1 runs in the snow and my 1st run of week 2 due today I thought i'd give it a go despite the snow being twice as deep as when I ran on Saturday?! My husband has run with me during week 1 but I was really worried that I wouldn't manage the step up to week 2 so did it without him this afternoon. I did it!!! I'm so proud I want to do it again with him when he gets in!!! :-)

You should be proud :D well done! Love it when you have a run so good that you want to go again straight away.

I'm sure I won't be getting that feeling for long, week 2 is early days isn't it?! But Yes, I am incredibly proud. :-)

Keep smiling! If you can get this far, you can do all the rest too. The hardest one is week 1 day 1. :)

Thank you greenlegs. Each time I run I feel as if I've achieved so much! The only down side is that it's taken nearly 48 years to discover!

Keep at it. I think we all thought the same in the early days - I won't be able to keep it up. But we did, and so will you. Just follow the programme and Laura will guide you through. Keep up the good work and enjoy it.

Viki :-)

Well done, that's excellent. If you can run in this horrible weather the rest of it will be a breeze :-)
