Graduation Day

Well today will be my Week 9 Run 3 and if all goes well that's the last run of the plan. I just want to say thankyou to all the people who gave me messages of encouragement along the way as they really helped. And to the people who are just starting out - keep it up, you can do it. The positivity and friendliness on this forum are remarkable and it's been a real pleasure talking to you guys throughout the achy legs, sleet and progress.

  • Congratulations Ross!! Good job and well done for graduating. I took your advice, upped my pace and managed the 5k in 30 mins last run. So thanks. Tricia
