Graduation Day

Well today will be my Week 9 Run 3 and if all goes well that's the last run of the plan. I just want to say thankyou to all the people who gave me messages of encouragement along the way as they really helped. And to the people who are just starting out - keep it up, you can do it. The positivity and friendliness on this forum are remarkable and it's been a real pleasure talking to you guys throughout the achy legs, sleet and progress.

Well done Tish! That's a great run. Hope you won't be as dopey as I will be tomorrow morning
