I haven't run since Wednesday due to the heat but this morning jumped straight out of bed and off I went. Started well and feeling good. Maybe I'll go a different way today? Yes ok then! Oh dear, I seem to be going down rather a steep hill... I know what's coming. There it is... a hill! Noooooooo! I've reached the top and 15 minutes to go. Oh no, another obstacle. 5 really cute dogs that I really want to stroke! Nope, focus. Keep going! 10 minutes left and I'm flagging. That stupid hill!
Before I knew it, I had 1 minute left and I just couldn't believe it. I'm 60 seconds away from completing the programme and I can now run for a whole 30 minutes!
This programme was hard and I'm still working on trying to love running but I know I will get there.
To everyone doing this programme, you can do it and you're amazing!
Thank you to everyone who has encouraged me and given me advice!
Now to work on consolidating my runs and getting to 5k!
Happy running! πββοΈπ

It about killed me but she was egging me on (20 and ultra fit). It was humid too. I won't be doing 5k every time. A few easier shorter runs I think π
