Well what can I say... absolutely over the moon to have graduated C25K. What a journey it has been. Before I started this programme I could just about run for 1km but it would be a struggle. Now 1km is a light warm up in comparison.
I want to thank the health unlocked community for all the support along the way.
To all the people getting to week 5 and are worried about the runs getting significantly longer, I can assure you that you can do it and it feels great when you get to the end.
Good luck everyone.
Now on to the next challenge!
