Well, I am delighted to have completed this programme - and I know it is just the beginning of my running journey!
I changed my Strava activity today so I only monitored the 'run' section of things - and I ran on a little at the end, but I made it to 5k. (Not the aim, but it was RIGHT there!!)
My lovely wife and kids got up early to celebrate with a medal and balloons as I got back to the house at 6:45am, which was just brilliant.
Consolidation runs now... bring on Wednesday!
(Do I stop posting in here now? Who will I talk to???)

Well done! I remember completing the program for the first time about 6yrs ago and I felt on such a high when I actually ran 5k (which back then, took me about 32mins too). I'm sure we'll all be happy to have you around to advise us.
I was so busy feeling happy with myself and loving my wife and kids I forgot to thank everyone in here. The ability to come in here and vent, cry, laugh, talk, waffle and share with people who know exactly what you are going through, to get responses that are sensible, positive, relevant, caring, and supportive is almost as important as having Laura in my ear.
The community in here is every bit as fantastic as the rest of the programme. The people in here have helped me, a stranger, without ever judging, and have become very important to me.
I feel quite blessed to have encountered every single one of you, and I look forward to carrying on for years to come, posting about the ups and downs of my own, and hopefully giving the same support to others that I have received myself.
