What a beautiful start to the year

I woke up to sunshine and decided to go out for a run, well Tuesday is my normal run day

The sun was behind me, the moon was big in the sky, it was a bit chilly but it was a lovely run.

It's nice being able to run in the daylight, I seem to be more of a night-owl so it made a nice change. I don't go far, and I don't go fast, but I go

Oh to run in the dry........... I have been running for a few weeks now and I don't think I have done one session yet in the dry. Let's hope this is a good sign for 2013.
