A quick run early this morning for Ebony and me - I had to sacrifice a longer run even though it’s such a beautiful day here because I’m on nanny duty later today and I don’t want to be wiped out- especially as I won’t be able to have a nanny nap!!
But a quick short run is better than no run 😊

I don’t think I’m as sensible as you 😊. I’m on Nanny duty later on, too and I went out on my longest run this morning for over 2 years. Fortunately I’m pretty much just putting all 3 of them to bed, with chats and stories if they want them! I can collapse on the sofa and sleep after that 😊
Sounds lovely! I have to have a quick Power nap at some point when I’ve done a longer run. I’ve got him till about 6pm - currently he’s asleep in pram in the garden ( just like old days!) so I could have snuck in forty winks after all! 😉 he’s only 13 weeks old so it’s full on but I love being a nanny. Making the most of having a cuppa while I can!
Oh I love being a Nanny, too! There’s nothing like it - although looking after a baby is much harder work. I have two lots, ranging from 5 years old to 19. It’s the younger ones I’m looking after tonight, but not until 6pm. So time for a Power Nap 😊

You are so right-any run is a good run! It really helps with that feeling of consistency which makes it so much easier to keep going.
