Well............I went to the gym for run 2 tonight , but got carried away with the music channel and before I knew it, I'd run for 31 mins :-) :-) I was tempted to keep going but just did the 5 min warm down. Now I'm wondering about just skipping run 3 if this week, and moving on to week 9...................advice please :-)

I'm only on week 4 going into week 5, but I know what I'd do: week 9!! Well done. I can't even imagine getting that far at this point.

Me too. I did w9r1 thinking it was w8r1 and as I completed it ok just carried on with w9. I did w9 twice though before I decided I'd graduated, but no real need to do that if the w9 runs go ok because you're at the stage of running for 30mins non-stop anyway.

Is there really any need to finish earlier? What will it hurt to finish the program as it was designed? I don't know that it will hurt anything either way, but the program was sufficient to this point.

Thanks all, :-) I think i'll probably do what AnnieW55 did anyway (do week 9 x2 ) I don;t want to 'cheat' in any way, it's a fantastic podcast, The best thing I've done exercise wise :-)

Hi Kazzers, good to hear your doing great!!!! Sorry to be a party pooper but I'd just stick with things as they are and carry on so you're next run is W8R3. I certainly don't think it's cheating by doing what you said but you can say you stuck to the plan as it was meant to be, it's just that you were able to run for 30 mins earlier than anticipated. Up to now it's been all about building up to week 9, doing the runs as planned and suggested so as not to over exert and injure ourselves. Why change it now?? Whatever you decide though I wish you all the best as always and we'll still be having our grad PARTY!!!! :)

I have been thinking about it Lether1 , and i think that I would probably feel better about it if i stick to week 8 R3 .......i'll do that on Sunday :-)
