Had to stop running for 2 weeks because of a cold and cough! I was just beginning week 8 run 1. Do I go back and repeat a couple of weeks or just give week 8 run 1 a go. Any advice please would be great. Thanks

I would try to do W8R1. Your legs and lungs won’t have forgotten. Take it as slow as you can. Good luck!
Give it a go - after week 7 runs you’re legs are still ready for it. 💪🏼
