Week 8 run 2 tomorrow

So I am on run 2 of week 8 tomorrow and it’s so crazy to think that just 8 weeks ago (less than we have been on lockdown) I have gone from thinking I was dying after run 1 of week 1 and just thinking I will never be able to do this to now being so close to the end. It’s challenging but it’s no way impossible, I was the laziest person I know and now I have come this far and feel so much healthier and better about my self physically and mentally and I have even gone as far as to ask for new running shoes for my birthday and brought some running clothes. Also 2 weekends in a row we have done a 30km bike ride. If you aren’t sure if you should give this a go then just do it and just keep going, so worth it 😊

Congratulations on completing run 1 of week 8, not long now until you graduate, that also was a good 30k bike ride as well.

You are not the only person who has said that they thought they would die on run 1 of C25K, no one has died on run 1 or any of the I think 27 runs of C25K, onwards and upwards to run 2 of week 8. 🏃🏾

Thank you. I think it’s made me more determined because we are looking to go abroad for our 2nd shot at ivf and I want to be healthier than I was the first time because this could be our last chance.

Yes that sounds like a good idea to get yourself in the best shape physically. I find the mental benefits of running have surprised me the most and will also be very helpful I am sure. The very best of luck on your journey 🌈
