Out at 6.30 this morning to start my new fitness regime! I just hope i can stick to this as i would love to be able to run a decent distance without feeling as though oi were about to die! I enjoyed my first session this morning and feel ready for the day ahead, feeling comfortable that on a dreary Monday morning i have achieved something already. Looking forward to Wednesdays session. : )

Yay! well done you - find the hardest bit is getting changed and going outside in this horrid weather. Keep going and the time flies bye...
Hi 11, well done for starting at all, its very easy to do nothing. I am only on W3 myself and didnt run during last week at all. I have done the Cambridge Parkrun the last three weeks however to keep up to (very slow) speed. Keep going and good luck, Ed.
I'm aways impressed and envious of people who can run first thing in the morning. I don't think I could shift myself at that time if my house was on fire.
Yes, good luck and I couldn't go out at that time either!! maybe summer, I vaugely remember that... Enjoy it, happy running
Good luck. Your first day out sounds so much easier than mine was but I almost enjoyed the second day.
WELCOME!!!! Wishing you a great next run! You will be amazed at your progress from run to run. Also, we are here if you need any support, advice or encouragement. Gayle
Well done for getting out there I'm a definite morning runner....well wannabe runner! I'm at week 6 now. When I started I really found each second hard. Yet somehow, just by following the program (and some sensible food shifts) I'm now able to run 5 minutes without blinking. I've even run 20 minutes- something I haven't done for many decades
Good luck and enjoy your morning runs!
