I'll have to give it a try sometime next week, I'm taking it easy today as I have sore, swollen glands in my neck and I'm hoping to be ok to run in the Turkey Trot race tomorrow.
Anyway, for anyone slightly insane who feels they're in a bit of a rut with their running, the idea is that you can turn your run into a mission by avoiding and escaping from zombies, a sort of extreme interval training !! You collect trophies on your run that you can then use as part of an adventure and strategy game afterwards. I don't play any computer or on-line games like this at all so that will be totally new to me - I just couldn't resist

So jealous, sounds like fun, I'm like Beads, not got a phone which downloads apps Enjoy. Don't think I like the idea of zombies chasing me down the road for real though...
Did my first zombies run last night. Good fun and it made me run further/faster than before but provided a great distraction so the time passed quickly. How are you doing with it?
Still haven't tried it - I need to fit it around two club runs in the week and whatever is planned for the weekend. Yesterday I did our 1st Telford Parkrun and today I ran in a 10k off-road race. One day I'll fit it in ...sigh....
