First of all well done for getting this far, you must know now that you can do this. The last couple of weeks are within your reach as you say it is not easy but it is achievable.
Regarding weight loss, I asked a similar question at a similar stage. It's funny how we all go through the same thoughts. The best response that I got was that you have been building muscle and losing fat. Muscle is heavier than fat so you may find that you have lost cm's but not weight. This rang true with me as clothes were getting looser. The weight loss will come as you need to build less muscle. Again this rings true from my experience.
So keep going you can do this, and by then it will be a healthy habbit and don't worry the weight loss will come.
