Congratulations on completing weeks 1 to 6 of C25K, I don't see any reason why you should be nervous, by completing run 3 of week 6 you are now OFFICIALLY a RUNNER, run 3 of week 6 is a 25 minute run, so are all the runs of week 7, also 25 minute runs, take all of them slow and steady, good luck, not long now until you graduate.

You managed W6R3 ok, yes?

Then W7R1, R2, R3 are all exactly the same :-)

If you are nervous about week 7, just repeat week 6 run 3 another 3 times 😬

Or in other words , you have done 25 minutes once so you can do it 3x next week 😁👍

As many above have already said, you've already done the 25 minute run, so just do three more next week and that's Week 7 in the bag 😀 I was also a tad apprehensive about the runs without a breather walk initially too, but now I much prefer to just get my head down and do them.

Enjoy a chilled weekend then get out there on Monday and boss Week 7 - you have definitely got this 👍🏃👍

Hi Teejay113. Good luck with tomorrow’s run. Make sure you just do the one this time! Remember you have all week to do the 3...And do give yourself a big pat on the back afterwards. You got this, no problem,
