PG W2 aaaaah mud

This morning I found it really hard to motivate myself. I finally rose and started my warm up. I chose to do the stepping podcast. What a relief to find that it was 30 minutes of running and at a really good pace. I was ok for the first part then the mud choked my run. I chose a different route but was still weighed down by the heavy clods.

I sulked as I walked the home. Aaah mud.

Yak...mud...hate the stuff, at least you persevered for bit afterwards!! I’d have gone home straight away!! Sulking!!! Better route next time then eh? x
