Well now, not too bad. Saturday saw off W4R3 with no bother and running in daylight was a novelty & have just done W5R1. As ever the second stint is up that blasted gradient and has me gasping but that means the last one is downhill then flat which is fine by me.

I think I can do the two 8s on Wednesday but a full 20 seems like a big step up on Friday, we will see.....

You are doing wonderfully, Orroroo!! There is no need to worry about that 20 minutes!! You will certainly be ready for it!! Set your mind to it, set yourself a reasonable pace and it will be done and dusted before you know it!! :-)
