Had a session of acupuncture on Tuesday for sciatica, this seemed to help then she phoned me and said she had a cancelation this morning, did I want the appointment? I was knocking at her door before she even had the chinese soothing music on!!

So now today I can say I don't even have a single twinge of pain. I have a 5.1/2 hour flight on Sunday to get to the sunshine but feeling much more relaxed that I will be able to cope with it. So tomorrow I'm off but will try and do gentle runs in the gym while I'm away, lots of walking and swimming, eating, drinking and sun bathing. Oh life will be so hard for 2 weeks ;)

Good luck and stay focused those who are working their way through the programme. Those nursing injuries take care and I wish you a speedy recovery. Those who are progressing onto faster times and longer distances good luck. Missing you all already. :)
