Yes, nearly done.
Kept to a nice 5k stroll around town today. Just 2 more days then freedom to start enjoying exercise and not feeling forced to do things.

I hate to sound stupid but I see so many posts about 5 x50 what is it or what does this mean? If you've been asked this many times before I apologise!
A challenge to run, walk, jog or cycle 5k for 50 consecutive days from the 9th September to 28th October.
I just managed a 3 km walk to the village and back. This was really just to 'test' my knee. I found an elasticated tubular bandage hubby had used on his calf a couple of years ago, folded that in half and put that on my knee for support. I'll try to get to the chemist in town tomorrow and buy a proper elastic knee support, and *maybe*(?) I'll be ok to run on Sunday,
Meanwhile, tomorrow I'll taking our son to join a hill race - Meall a Bhuachaille near Aviemore They set off from the about 300m and run to about 800m. The webcam shows there is a wee covering of snow today at the starting level: winterhighland.info/cams/ca...
(We had a wee shower of snow here near Inverness and I heard there was some in Aberdeen too)
Hope your knee is improving Swanscot. My part of Aberdeen is under a fair bit of snow now, seems traffic quite bad. Hopefully it will be better tomorrow as we are going to a fancy dress party in aid of Befriend a Child. I'm going as a she devil, and Mr is going as a scary jester.....
