I did 18k on the gym bike. Totally undid any good by what I have scoffed these last few days. Normally get back on track on a Monday but failed today due to meeting sis for lunch and mac cheese, then having eldest son and youngest grandchild over for dinner of chicken curry, rice and nan, followed by banoffee pie and cream, all home made and very fattening!
I, too, have been ove-rindulging in eating not-the healthiest options (to put it mildly). I didn't eat much earlier today, with being busy and out and about, then having a dental appointment, But in the past hour I had some choccie to cheer myself up following the visit to the dentist. but I was still peckish so started nibbling on Bombay Mix. My, that stuff is addictive! I had a bit too much, then followed it with biccies with my tea. Not to mention the ice cream after getting home from the dentist.
Plus I've just done the bare minimum 5K walking today.
Tomorrow will be a hard run. I'm not sure whether to do speed intervals or Stamina, but I know I am definitely NOT doing the hill run I did last week.
Something in the air then! Def going to boot myself up the bum tomorrow and get this eating sorted. Doesn't help that hubby is between contracts and been here during the day (I work from home) so I usually don't bother to make things at lunch, but with him being here I do....he's such a bad influence!!
