I had a terrible run today, following a pretty awful day at work.
My Garmin arrived in the post today which has cheered me up a bit but I am struggling to. Get it to charge up.
Never mind, tomorrow is another day - Day 34 in fact.

There will always be bad days - forget it and make the most of tomorrow. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I had an enforced "rest" day today and felt really twitchy and aggravated. Tomorrow I will cycle to work and back and make up for it.
The Garmin charger is a really fiddly thing and has occassionally not worked at all, just a bit of an odd design I think.
Congratulations on getting your bad run out the way
It's the tasty stuff the does the calorie damage
I had 2 bad runs this week and went out this evening not expecting it to be any better.....but it was! Much better and I really enjoyed it Having bad running days make the good ones even better. Keep up the great work with the 5x50...we are all doing so well
My garmin is a bit temperamental for the charging too.
It's a 110 - the weird bulldog clip thing with prongs that seem to be too narrow for the holes, so they don't always seem to make contact - but you can't tell straight away, so sit waiting for something to happen - sometimes it does, and sometimes it doesn't! If the display changes to say 'GARMIN' and then the battery indicator thing shows up it is probably connected. But occasionally it does that and then the laptop says it the connected thing is malfunctioning. So I start again and it's fine. However, I have always managed to get it to charge eventually, so far, anyway. Fingers crossed!
Hope your next run will be a much better one.
