Just completed wk 9 run 1 and my 1st ever 30 mins run - I am so proud of myself, never thought I'd get this far. Just got 2 more runs to graduation and getting the famous tshirt :-)

I did mine this afternoon. I couldn't get GPS, but mapping shows 3.65k. Apart from the time it was my best run ever. I felt fabulous.
