I've done it! Not only the whole of C25k but 5k as well!! You're a great community, thank you so much for all the support! I did just over 5k in 45 minutes on wk9d2 and today I have just finished and run a shade under 5k in 40 minutes. Consistent anyway. The first five minutes are still hell but I find that as I reach around 4k it all feels smooth and like I cuold keep on going, unless the land slopes upwards of course!
Thank you again, I'm off to queue for my graduation medal!! (Don't think you've heard the last of me though, friends have mentioned 10k in December...)

Congratulations from a 58 yr old here who's never managed to run this far since teenage years (apart from treadmill). I've 2 more runs to finish - been great to read experiences of others. Agree about the first 5 mins too.
Please keep posting. I will keep an eye out for ideas from you & others on how to keep going after wk 9 r3! So glad you did it 😀
