First time I've posted, love reading the inspiring journeys we're all on. I have just completed Wk6 run1. I'm still gobsmacked that I launch from walk to run (jog)!! I convinced myself I wasn't cut out to run & was likely to knock myself out with my cleavage! Pah!! Well done everyone, carry on launching!! Xx

Week 6 Run 2 for me tomorrow as well. Not looking forward to it, but know it will be OK. After Run 1 yesterday, I wanted to do Run 2 straight away but that day off between gives you longer to look forward with dread.

Hey Duddles...have you seen what Martin_Rose says???? Don't go out with dread...go out with a fighting spirit & determination....Martin_Rose has made me feel 100% better about it!! We can do this!!! 🏃🏼‍♀️

Not so much dread, as a looming thing that 'HAS TO BE DONE' so it starts to dominate thoughts a bit. I am sure Martin is right - it will be easier than Run 1. Looking forward to the afterglow.....

Hi, another wk6-er here. I wonder why we all found wk6r1 such à tough one?... it really was r3 for me tomorrow am . So we will all be graduating at the same time. You're all inspirational and I find myself enjoying this blog almost as much as the running.
