Graduation run under my belt and I actually enjoyed it, I even passed a fly tipped mattress without wanting to lie down. A few consolidation runs then a park run I hope. Thanks to all you supportive lovely folk on this forum who have made this trip of mine a lot easier. even though I run on my own I never feel alone 😊😊

Thanks, I actually really enjoyed it, I’ve got a regular route and the strava app so I think I’ll be trying it without Sarah, the countdown doesn’t really motivate me.....it just makes me think I can’t possibly do another 15 minutes πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚

Congratulations Micey2 on completing and graduating from C25K, I think I told you in another post how to get your graduation badge and the word GRADUATE next to your username. Reminder.

Go to the February graduate post in the pinned posts on the right side of the healthunlocked C25K home page and tell the administrators that you have ran W9R3 of C25K πŸŽ“ πŸƒ 😊.

It’ doesn’t appear in the phone / iPad download but is on the laptop version which is strange but I am very happy it feels real now πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚

It's on both of my Smartphone, the new one I bought in August 2018 and my old phone which I bought back in 2012 or 2013 which is the equivalent of a 100 years ago digitally speaking with all the changes there are on the Internet.

Double chuffed because I honestly struggled this week but today’s felt fine it was probably the mindset. Enjoy yours on Friday

I work weekends too but usually just one day not both but I’ve a week off next week so I’m hoping to do a few consolidation runs and top my week with my first park run. I hope you get the time to try one it’s a shame most seem to be at weekends
