Would never have believed it!

I started c25k back in the summer and graduated a couple of weeks ago. I am staying in Brighton for work for a few nights this week and have been for a run on the front, not once but twice, the 2nd one at 6.35am this morning. Will now be in the smug zone for the rest of the day. For anyone struggling in the early weeks of the programme - I am proof, trust Laura and it will work ๐Ÿ˜„

  • Go you! :-)

Running along the seafront sounds lovely.

  • It was although significantly faster when not running into wind. I usually run in new forest, also fantastic, but sea makes a good change, and flatter!

  • Sounds great. It's lovely in the smug zone isn't it!

  • When I lived in brighton I used to see runners on the seafront and think they were completely mad (especially in wind/rain). But now, like you, i've caught the running bug, I can see the attraction and know that they feel fantastic afterwards!!!

  • Good Stuff!

It's amazing the difference that a few weeks can make isn't it.

    Keep it up!

    Ugi
