I started c25k back in the summer and graduated a couple of weeks ago. I am staying in Brighton for work for a few nights this week and have been for a run on the front, not once but twice, the 2nd one at 6.35am this morning. Will now be in the smug zone for the rest of the day. For anyone struggling in the early weeks of the programme - I am proof, trust Laura and it will work 😄
