Finally!! Finished the podcasts a few weeks ago, however week 9 must have downloaded incorrectly because when I timed it I was only jogging for about 25 minutes. So have recently used my own music and fitness setting on iPod and done between 30 and 33 minutes! Until yesterday when I pushed to completing 5k in just over 36 minutes! Really feel like I've graduated now and looking forward to getting out there on Saturday and doing it again!! Happy running everyone!!
