I can't believe that I have completed 9 weeks and can call myself a runner. Woohoo
How good do I feel !
I choose a different route and misjudged it so actually ran for 35 minutes (only 4.7k but you can't have everything)
I hope to do my first parkrun next week and just run with some of my own choice music for a little while before building up to my next challenge.
Lurking on this site has really helped. Thank you for the support from just reading other posts
And for those just starting..... I couldn't run for more than 2mins when I started either, keep going and trust lovely Laura to see you through

Congratulations! I admire you for doing 35 whole minutes, wow! I graduated yesterday and could not have done half a minute more than 30. 4,7 km is a good distance, too!
