Did it, eventually!

Never thought I'd be a runner, hated cross country at school, but here I am fully graduated. It took me a while, what with twisted ankles( proper running trainers are a must) and summer holidays. The weather's been appalling, though I was often thankful for the cooling rain and winds. Laura is my new best friend and I'm super chuffed. Good luck to all who are just starting. Keep going, you can do it to everybody else. I'm 16 stone, 37 years old, an ex smoker (social really) who likes a drink. If I can do it anyone can.

I'm sure you'll graduate too. Just stuck with it. Laura's running tips are all helpful though at first running , listening to Laura and breathing deaply whilst counting my footsteps almost made me fall over.

I love a badge! Who's John? And how do I get my shiny green badge. This is my one and only blog I have obviously been missing more than I realised.

Oh dear. Did something wrong.... Posted instead of replying to SBG356. I do have a shiny green badge though and no idea how it got there.
