Well I am about to go out and finish week 2 day 3, just lost all motivation lately but hopefully it's back and I'm forcing myself back out there, really want to complete this, As I always give up on things too quickly but not this time - I can do this!!! :-/

Well now you have gone and done it!!! Fancy telling us you are back at it. No excuses from now on. I am 2 runs behind you and love this community having spent 20 years failing!

Good luck, looking forward to seeing your posts.

You don't need motivation, you just need to get out there and the motivation will catch you up.

Well done!

Never quit!! That's my mantra and I think it's a good one for C25k, or anything else really

Go slowly and steadily and you can do it. Just keep plugging away and tick each run off. Don't miss runs. Have a rest day in between runs, and rack up the next one, knock it down and line up the next. It doesn't take long to complete the programme once you've started, so bite the bullet and just do it

OK so it might make you out of puff but it's good for you. LOL

Have fun !

Pojboj you can do this. It's not a race so take your time. This community on here have all been there so we know the worries the feeling down. The I can't go any more. But we have all got through it and so can you. So just keep putting those trainers on and pound that ground you can do it. Let's see yet another grad :) J
