and i've got to do it later today cos i have an appt. i can't miss in a bit... but just to say i am going into w3r2 with an entirely different attitude today. i CAN do it cos i have done it, and i CAN do it cos i have trained up till now to do so, and i CAN do it cos i have more faith in myself than before, and more faith in the programme. i CAN do it. (the only thing is today i am poorly, not running related, but i will be careful worry not - i can do it when i am better if that's what it takes )i CAN do this. so i will see you when i have done it. I DID IT !!! (edited after) TWICE!
w3r2 :-) i did it !!! w3r3 :-) i did it!!! - Couch to 5K
w3r2 :-) i did it !!! w3r3 :-) i did it!!!
Great attitude! Sometimes, I find that when I get on with doing what I should do, even if I don't feel like doing it, the desire to continue will follow. Either way...you're right, you CAN do it. One step at a time. Slowly, moving forward.
Well done , like this new attitude ! π
Keep strong keep running YOU CAN do it π
Whoop whoop you did it π and youβll do the next one too πͺ
Am loving this new attitude ππ
ah thanks cazza... this new attitude is a direct result of being 100% sure i couldn't do w3r1 and 100% smashing it! it taught me so much
wk3r3 i did it! just... lol...isnt it funny how when she says you have a minute more you can always do it even though you couldn't otherwise?
hey, you know it was a really crappy run. cos i am poorly i had pain and no energy...but i was determined to do it and i did. my recovery time was far better than before but my energy expenditure was less cos i just didn't have it in me to be bouncy. not that i am repeating it cos i did it. right to the end and a bit more walking. now onto week 4. i wonder what delights that has for us. i am not going to look. lol. no way. i know where that got me. i can't un-know about week 5 run 3 i wish i could!
and isn't it weird how this whole program never exactly gets easier but it just seems not to get harder ... (yet)... it seems to prepare you for 'the next bit'... i keep thinking how well devised this whole thing must be... mind you i am only on week 4 lol
maybe on week 4 things will shake up a bit... lol
and seeing as this is my post and its not busy i will just add that i am pleasantly surprised that as yet AS YET i have no injuries at all. nothing. nothing hurts at all. not whilst, during or in between runs.. (shuffles. japanese slow jogging)...i am relieved too .i am going to enjoy this feeling because runners are always injured...it might be a question of time...it might be monday when i do wk4r1 ...maybe it just means i am not a proper runner yet!lol. hahahhhahahahahaha.ah hey ho.
